To eliminate this microscopic wave shape, if the ink outside the plate roller's mesh pits is scraped clean, it will increase the pressure on the scraper, leading to wear on the scraper blade and the plate roller. The installation of the ink scraper blade and the angle adjustment of the ink scraper are also important factors affecting the quality of the printed products. When installing the ink scraper blade, it is placed between the upper and lower clamping plates, and after adjusting the installation length, screws are used to tighten the upper and lower clamping plates, thus clamping the scraper backing plate and the scraper blade tightly. The installation of the scraper is very particular; if the scraper is installed too prominently, it is prone to deformation, becoming wavy, which can lead to uneven scraping during printing, thus affecting the quality of the printed products. If the scraper extends too short, it lacks elasticity, so the scraper pressure must be increased to scrape off the ink outside the mesh pits, which can easily wear down the plate roller.
