Shaanxi Aohua Ink Technology Co., Ltd. 2016 Fire Drill
In order to ensure that all employees of the company understand basic fire safety knowledge, improve safety awareness, enhance self-protection capabilities, master emergency response and escape skills in the event of a sudden fire, learn how to extinguish fires, and conduct orderly evacuation of personnel and property, ensuring the safety of employees' lives and property, our company organized a fire drill on March 5, 2016, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

In order to ensure that all employees of the company understand basic fire safety knowledge, enhance safety awareness, improve self-protection capabilities, master emergency response and escape skills in the event of a sudden fire, learn how to extinguish fires, and conduct orderly evacuation of personnel and property, ensuring the safety of employees' lives and property, our company organized a fire drill on March 5, 2016, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The drill was conducted on time and according to plan, and it was a complete success. This fire drill not only enhanced the fire safety awareness of all employees but also helped them master the operation steps and methods of various specifications and models of fire extinguishing equipment, further improving their ability to respond to emergencies.
This fire drill was meticulously arranged, with great care, support, and assistance from the company's leadership throughout all stages, from planning the drill, preparing in advance, organizing implementation, to the actual drill. General Manager Wang Gencheng, as the first responsible person for the company's safety production and the organizer of the drill, attached great importance to this exercise, carefully reviewed the drill plan, determined the objectives, principles, and scale of the drill, personally deployed the drill work, commanded on-site, issued drill orders, observed the drill situation, and implemented comprehensive control over the drill work.
First, Manager Wang Yaohong organized employees to learn basic fire safety knowledge together, explaining the usage methods and precautions for commonly used portable dry powder fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment. Then, he organized everyone to conduct practical operations with various fire-fighting equipment in an orderly manner. The fire drill was tense and orderly, with safety guarantees in place, achieving the expected results and ultimately resulting in a complete success.
Through this fire drill, employees' safety awareness has been strengthened, and their emergency self-rescue capabilities have been improved, achieving the expected results:
1. The fire safety awareness of participants, especially production personnel, has been enhanced, and they have gained a further understanding of fire safety knowledge.
2. The ability to respond to sudden incidents has improved, with on-site drill participants able to effectively organize and quickly respond to fire alarm incidents, which will be very beneficial for future responses to emergencies.
3. The basic fire safety training organized before the drill has improved the participants' fire safety knowledge, emergency response capabilities, and escape skills after an incident occurs.
4. During the drill, participants were able to follow the rules, "all actions follow commands," and the team's cohesion has been enhanced.
Through this fire drill, the safety awareness and self-rescue capabilities of a large number of employees have been further strengthened. They have learned and mastered how to identify dangers and how to take necessary emergency measures, among other basic operations, to achieve quick, orderly, timely, and effective results in the event of an accident. We will regularly conduct training or drill work to improve the emergency rescue skills and comprehensive emergency response quality of our branch employees, effectively reduce accident hazards, minimize accident losses, and ensure the personal safety of company employees and the safety of company property.
