On October 30, Zhou Yusong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Fufeng County Party Committee, conducted research in Jiangzhang Town and the Science and Technology Industrial Park.
On the same day, Zhou Yusong successively visited the construction sites of various projects including Shangsong Village and Longqusi Village in Jiangzhang Town, as well as the biological culture medium, plant extraction and biotechnology research platform, ink project, Multi-flavor Food Processing, and the second phase of New Yue Clothing in the Science and Technology Industrial Park, to investigate poverty alleviation and stable growth efforts.
In Shangsong Village and Longqusi Village, Zhou Yusong carefully listened to the recent reports on poverty alleviation work from the town and village, using various methods such as reviewing relevant materials and questioning town and village officials to gain a detailed understanding of the recent progress and existing issues in poverty alleviation efforts. Zhou Yusong emphasized that members of the 'Four Teams' should grasp the fundamentals of poverty alleviation work, focus on the 'two no worries and three guarantees', pay special attention to households on the edge of poverty and monitored households, and implement assistance measures for each household to stabilize poverty alleviation and prevent regression into poverty.
In the Science and Technology Industrial Park, Zhou Yusong learned about project planning and design, capital flow, enterprise operation, and environmental protection, and had in-depth discussions with business leaders, listening to reports on project construction and coordinating solutions to difficulties and problems encountered in project construction.
Zhou Yusong emphasized that the Science and Technology Industrial Park should accelerate the construction of supporting facilities, further enhance service awareness, optimize the business environment, and proactively provide services and solve problems for enterprise project construction and production operations. All relevant departments and construction units should closely monitor project construction goals, increase construction efforts while ensuring project quality and safety, adjust timelines, and make every effort to promote project construction, striving for early completion, early production, and early effectiveness, fully promoting the high-quality development of the county's industrial economy.
Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee Fu Yu and Zhang Guochang, a member of the County Party Committee and Deputy County Head, also participated in the research.
