Product Description

The BV410 series products are the latest high-end environmentally friendly inks developed by our company for printing PVC shrink films. They are suitable for gravure rotary printing and mainly used for trademarks on plastics, cling films, PE, PP bottles, and beverage bottles. They are also suitable for printing hard PVC heat shrink films, etc.

1. Product Characteristics

1. This product does not contain ketone solvents, has low solvent residue, and a mild odor.

2. Good transferability for fine screens, rich colors, and high gloss.

3. Adaptable to various printing machine speeds, does not dirty the plate, no knife lines, no re-stickiness, and the effect of high-speed printing is particularly obvious.

4. Excellent overprinting performance, clear dots, and rich layers.

Diluent Addition Amount:

Ink: Diluent = 1:0.2--0.5 (weight ratio)

3. Precautions

1. PVC shrink film ink is not miscible with other products, do not mix.

2. When printing with PVC shrink film ink quickly, static electricity can easily occur. Therefore, printing equipment should be equipped with static eliminators to eliminate the fire hazard caused by static electricity.

3. When adjusting gold ink with gold and silver powder (paste), it presents gold and silver colored ink, which dries slower than other colored inks during printing, and the ink's cohesion is weak. Therefore, the drying equipment should be extended or strengthened during printing to prevent sticking and deterioration of adhesion.

4. After long periods of printing, especially with low ink consumption and smaller plate areas, moisture in the air can seep into the ink and solvent, causing thickening and plate blocking. Slow-drying diluents can be used or fresh ink can be added for dilution before use.
