Product Description

WBC870 Series of eco-friendly ester printing inks Can be applied to ordinary plastic surface printing, such as shopping bags, express bags, maternal and infant product packaging bags, tablecloths, shower curtains, and pearlescent film bottle labels, etc.

I. Applicable substrates

Common substrates such as BOPP, CPP, PO, PE, PET, PVEA, pearlescent film, aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, breathable film, etc. (surface treatment meets standards).

II. Product characteristics

1. Can adapt to solvent-based ink printing machines and printing plates, new water-based ink printing machines and water-based ink plates, with better effects;

2. Strong printing adaptability, good re-dissolvability, not easy to block the plate, shallow mesh transfer printing is good, smooth transition, true color restoration, printing effect is close to that of solvent ink printing.

3. The adhesion of substrate products with standard surface treatment is good, and the colors are bright; the effect is close to that of solvent-based ink;

4. After the printed product is completely dry, it has excellent water resistance.

5. The printed products of this ink are environmentally friendly and can be used for cigarette, food, maternal and infant product packaging, as well as gift packaging, etc.

6. Printing environment: the printing workshop has very low odor and is non-toxic.

III. Technical parameters

1. Viscosity: 20-60 seconds for 4# coating (25°C);

2. Fineness < 20μm;

3. Color content: 10-40%

IV. Printing speed and plate depth

1. Solvent ink plate 30μm-50μm, water-based ink plate 23μm-35μm

2. Machine speed: 40-250m/min, depending on the printing supporting equipment.

V. Thinner

1. Thinner: ethanol, water, mix evenly in the required ratio before adding to the ink and stir well. If using tap water, it should be allowed to settle in advance to remove impurities; using purified water is better.

2. Thinner ratio: for large area patterns, ethanol 70%: water 30%, for small area patterns and shallow plate printing, ethanol 50%: water 50%;

3. Water-based ink dilution ratio: water-based ink: thinner = 10:2 or 10:3. Adjust according to actual printing conditions and equipment drying capacity, please communicate with our technical department.

VI. Usage method

1. Stir well before use, and adjust viscosity according to printing method or requirements;

2. After printing, clean thoroughly with washing water, as water-based ink has excellent water resistance and is not easy to clean after drying. It is recommended to use alcohol-based solvents like ethanol for cleaning.

VII. Packaging and storage

1. Packaging specifications: white ink 20KG/barrel (plastic barrel)

2. Warranty period: the general storage period under normal temperature and sealed conditions is 12 months.

3. Storage conditions: store at room temperature, in a dry, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.

VIII. Usage reference cases

1. Solvent ink printing plate: 40-50μm;

2. Printing area: 80-100%

3. Printing machine oven power: >3.5KW

4. Printing speed: 150-180 meters/minute

5. Thinner ratio: ethanol 70% + water 30%
