Keep the cooling water for the printing cooling roller at around 18°C to prevent excessive drying temperatures from causing stretching of the printed film.
When coating full-page white printing, arrange the white ink in the printing unit equipped with an extended drying oven, which is beneficial for thorough drying of the water-based ink and increases printing speed.
When the amount of water added is large, it can cause significant damage to the printing plate and doctor blade; it is recommended that the amount of diluent ethanol be no less than 10%.
Solvent-based inks or inks from different systems should not be mixed together, but they can be used for overprinting.
The best results for lamination are achieved with solvent-free lamination and polyurethane water-based adhesive lamination.
