Product Description
This product is an economical woven bag ink, mainly suitable for printing plastic woven bags, kraft paper bags, and paper-plastic packaging bags on flexible letterpress machines. However, it cannot be used for packaging with specific requirements for oil resistance, chemical resistance, boiling resistance, and other properties. It has excellent printing adaptability.
1. Bright and pure colors, good gloss.
2. Strong adhesion, good adaptability, no fading after multiple handling.
3. Quick-drying, non-sticky, and non-polluting.
4. Strong adaptability without geographical restrictions; it can be used on any flexible letterpress (rubber plate), including woven bags, cement bags, kraft paper, burlap bags, etc.
2. Usage Requirements
1. The ink should be stirred evenly before use.
2. Main diluents: Generally, ethyl acetate (butyl acetate), isopropanol, anhydrous ethanol, and n-butanol are used as diluents. The ratio should be determined based on specific printing conditions and product requirements.
3. Diluents addition ratio: Ink: Diluents = 1:0.3-0.6 (weight ratio). The dilution amount should be adjusted according to the printing speed. Excessive dilution can make the printing film thinner and reduce wear resistance.
4. This product can be mixed with FC320 type plastic woven bag ink. However, it cannot be mixed with inks from other brands.
3. Printing Viscosity
Recommended viscosity: Color ink 20-25 seconds (3# cup/25℃)
