Product Description
The BK580 series products are a type of gravure (boiling) ink that can be used for various films. It is a ketone-alcohol-ester-free composite ink developed by our company based on the latest materials and technologies available domestically and internationally. It can be used for printing on BOPP films, as well as for PET and NY composite lightweight packaging printing, with adaptability for a wide range of printing speeds from low to high and composite processing performance. It has high-temperature boiling performance that can withstand 121°C. If a curing agent is added using a two-component method, even better high-temperature boiling performance can be achieved, and it can also be used for ordinary lightweight composite printing.
1. Free of benzene ketone solvents, with extremely low solvent residue, meeting current national requirements for food and pharmaceutical printing and packaging.
2. Bright colors, good brightness, high solid bottom adhesion, excellent dot reproduction, extremely good leveling, and good color development, suitable for printing requirements at different machine speeds.
3. Stable adhesion strength and composite suitability, excellent solvent release, and outstanding freeze resistance and heat resistance.
4. Wide versatility, suitable for lightweight packaging, ordinary boiling, and steaming food packaging, can be used without a curing agent as a single component.
2. Adaptable Materials
1. Polyester film (PET) printing, with a surface treatment degree of 50 dyne or above.
2. Nylon (NY) printing, with a surface treatment degree of 52 dyne or above.
3. Can be used for OPP printing composite, with a surface treatment degree of 38-40 dyne or above.

5. Precautions
1. Please shake well before use. When adding diluent, prepare the solvent first, then add the diluent to the ink.
2. This ink must not be mixed with inks from other brands.
3. For better results, store printed materials for 8-10 hours before compounding. Well-compounded products should be cured in a drying room at around 50°C for more than 24 hours.
4. Different manufacturers' materials may have different formulations. It is best to conduct relevant tests before using our ink.
6. Environmental Protection and Safety
This product has passed national toxicological testing, heavy metal testing, and solvent residue testing. The dried printed ink contains no benzene or ketone and is classified as practically non-toxic. The ink formulation also does not contain any actual toxic components. Based on our existing technology, the information provided in this document is reliable, but actual usage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) may exceed our predictions and control range.
