Product Description
The BK560 series environmentally friendly composite ink is developed by our company based on the latest materials and technologies both domestically and internationally. This ink is characterized by being free of benzene and ketone, making it suitable for light packaging of dry products. It can be used for printing on BOPP film as well as for PET and NY composite packaging printing.
1. Contains no benzene or ketone solvents, with extremely low solvent residue, meeting current national requirements for food and pharmaceutical printing and packaging.
2. Bright colors, good brightness, high solid content adhesion, excellent dot reproduction, very good leveling, and excellent color development, suitable for printing requirements at different machine speeds.
3. Stable adhesion and composite suitability, excellent solvent release, and outstanding freeze resistance and heat resistance.
4. Widely used in the printing of light packaging for food, pharmaceuticals, etc.
2. Printing Substrates
1. Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), with a surface dyne treatment level of 38-40 or higher being optimal.
2. Polyester (PET), with a surface dyne treatment level of 48-50 or higher being optimal.
3. Nylon (NY), with a surface dyne treatment level of 50-52 or higher being optimal.
3. Technical Parameters
1. Ink viscosity: ≦30 seconds / Zahn cup #3 / 25℃
2. Ink fineness: ≦15 microns
3. Recommended ink printing viscosity: 12-16 seconds / Zahn cup #3 (25℃)

Note: Ethyl Acetate 99.99% is mainly for white.
5. Precautions
1. Please shake well before use. When adding diluent, prepare the solvent first, then add the diluent to the ink.
2. This ink must not be mixed with inks from other brands.
3. Composite products should be cured in a drying room at around 50℃ for more than 24 hours.
4. Different manufacturers' materials may have different formulations. It is best to conduct relevant tests before using our ink.
6. Environmental Protection and Safety
This product has passed national toxicological testing, heavy metal testing, and solvent residue testing. The dried printing ink contains no benzene or ketone, and is considered practically non-toxic. The ink formulation also does not contain any actual toxic components.
