Product Description
The BC830 series ink is composed of alcohol-soluble synthetic resin, high-grade pigments, and environmentally friendly organic solvents. It does not contain ketone solvents, has a low odor, and has a minimal environmental impact, making it suitable for surface printing on tissues, food packaging, and shopping bags.
1. Does not contain ketone solvents, has a low odor, and meets environmental hygiene requirements.
2. High gloss, pure color hue, excellent printability, and strong dot reproduction.
3. Wide range of applicable printing substrates, fast drying speed, and good adhesion.
4. Excellent solvent release, low residual solvent content, and superior anti-adhesion.
2. Applicable Substrates
Film surface treatment degree reaches above 38 dyne, PE, PET, CPP, BOPP pearlescent film.

White ink: 14-18 seconds/3#; Color ink: 16-22 seconds/3# cup

5. Precautions
1. Please stir evenly when using to maintain good fluidity of the ink.
2. Customers can use our specially formulated diluents to achieve better printing adaptability of the ink.
3. Please slowly add the diluent while stirring after mixing to ensure ink quality.
4. This product should be stored at a temperature of 5-35°C. At low temperatures, the ink may freeze, and it can only be used normally after thawing.
5. This product cannot be used for direct contact with food packaging, printing products containing volatile substances, and those stored at high temperatures. This product does not have heat sealing properties.
6. The technical data listed for this series of inks are based on our company's experimental data. If customers have different processes and materials, please conduct experimental testing or consult our technical department before printing.
