Product Description
The BE290 type plastic (woven bag) extrusion composite ink is suitable for medium and low-speed flexographic printing machines. It is specially developed for printing on polypropylene (BOPP) films, adapting to the flow and extrusion composite process of plastic woven bags made of LDPE and PP materials, featuring excellent thermal extrusion composite strength, and is also suitable for ordinary plastic film extrusion composite and dry composite processes.
1. High composite strength and good peel strength.
2. Good leveling, excellent antistatic properties, and great adaptability.
3. Strong ink transferability and good overprinting effect.
4. Suitable for polypropylene films and plastic woven bags LDPE, PP thermal extrusion composite processes.
5. Stable composite strength can be achieved for dry composite, extrusion composite, and solvent-free composite.
2. Applicable Requirements
1. Thinner: The solvent drying speed ratio can be adjusted according to temperature, humidity, and printing speed.
2. Thinner addition amount: Ink: Thinner - 1: 0.3-1 (weight ratio)
3. Printing speed: 40-160 meters per minute.
4. Printing viscosity: 25℃
White ink: 3# cup 14-20 seconds; Color ink: 3# cup 16-22 seconds
3. Precautions
1. Please stir the ink evenly before use.
2. Do not use unqualified solvents, especially those containing tar.
3. Do not mix with different types of inks.
4. Printing failures caused by static electricity can be resolved by adding <10% isopropanol or a small amount of antistatic agent. Excessive antistatic agent may affect composite strength, please test in advance.
5. When low residual solvent is required, try to use less toluene and avoid using slow-drying solvents like xylene as much as possible, while reducing machine speed and increasing drying air volume.
6. Adjust the melting temperature of PP resin and the height distance of the coating point according to climate changes to ensure PP extrusion composite strength.
