BE230H series ester-soluble environmentally friendly composite printing ink
To meet the current national requirements for environmentally friendly printing, this product is an ester-soluble environmentally friendly ink that does not contain ketone solvents. It uses a unique formula with imported raw materials and advanced processes that are currently popular internationally. It is suitable for printing on double-sided stretched polypropylene BOPP substrates and is an ideal product that meets the requirements for benzene-free printing.
I. Applicable substrates
1. Surface-treated OPP/BOPP (treatment degree above 38 dyne)
2. Modified BOPP film
3. Other printing films, please consult our technical department.
II. Product characteristics
1. Does not contain aromatic solvents, printed with ester-based diluents, suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging printing requirements.
2. Good leveling, excellent anti-static properties, and good adaptability to doctor blades, resulting in excellent printing adaptability.
3. Strong ink transfer, excellent overprinting effect, and high composite strength.
4. Excellent solvent release, with very little residual solvent.
III. Usage requirements
1. Main solvents: n-propyl acetate, butyl acetate, ethyl acetate
2. Diluents: The ratio of solvent drying speed can be adjusted according to climate, humidity, and printing speed.
3. Diluents addition ratio: ink:diluent = 1:0.3 (weight ratio)
4. Printing speed 40-200m/min

VI. Precautions
1. The ink should be stirred before use to ensure good fluidity.
2. The ink should be stored at room temperature.
3. The technical data listed for this series of inks is based on our laboratory data. If customers have different processes and materials, experiments or consultations with our technical department should be conducted before printing.
