BE230S Eco-friendly (Woven Bag) Composite Inner Printing Ink
BE230S is a product developed by our company for woven bags, suitable for medium to low-speed gravure printing machines, specifically designed for printing polypropylene (BOPP) films. It is a new product developed for the cast-extrusion process of plastic woven bags made of LDPE and PP materials, featuring excellent extrusion bonding strength, and is also suitable for ordinary plastic film extrusion bonding and dry bonding.
1. Product Characteristics
1. No benzene or ketone solvents, completely ester-soluble ink, odorless, with extremely low solvent residue, suitable for food and pharmaceutical packaging printing requirements.
2. High bonding strength and good overprinting effect.
3. Good transferability for shallow screens, strong adaptability of the doctor blade, and non-printing areas are not easily soiled.
4. Suitable for polypropylene films and plastic woven bags LDPE, PP extrusion bonding processes.
5. Stable bonding strength for dry bonding, extrusion bonding, and solvent-free bonding.

BOPP film treatment degree ≥ 38 dyne
3. Diluent Ratio
White ink diluent ratio:
Fast drying: Ethyl acetate 100%
Medium drying: Ethyl acetate: n-propyl acetate = 7:3

4. Printing Viscosity
Color ink 14-18 seconds (3# Zahn cup)
White ink 12-18 seconds (3# Zahn cup)
5. Precautions
1. The ink should be stirred before use to ensure good fluidity.
2. The ink should be stored at room temperature.
3. When printing on small printing areas and in humid weather, prolonged contact of the ink with air can easily introduce moisture, leading to thickening and poor printing. To prevent such occurrences, it is advisable to use slow-drying solvents and increase the mechanical drying temperature.
